3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Third-Party Shipping

We do not ship directly. We deliver parcels through third-party shipping companies.
While we ensure proper packaging and dispatch, delivery timelines depend on courier partners.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
BigEtail will not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Return Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
