1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Cancellation requests must be sent immediately to help@bigetail.com with your Order ID.
If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be initiated.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
Customers may refer to our Return Policy (if eligible).
BigEtail reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong item delivered
Manufacturing defect
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
The product has been used, opened, or tampered with
The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery
Damage occurred due to misuse or mishandling
Incorrect address was provided by the customer
Delivery delay is caused by third-party courier services
Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
4. Refund Process

Order number
Description of issue
Supporting images/videos
After verification and approval, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds are credited within 5–11 business days to the original payment method.
Please note:
Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
5. Replacement Policy
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and nature of the issue.
6. Important Notes
BigEtail reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.
We do not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences (especially for tea products).
All decisions regarding refunds and replacements will be final.
