By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent immediately to help@bigetail.com with your Order ID.

  • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be initiated.

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Customers may refer to our Return Policy (if eligible).

BigEtail reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with

  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Damage occurred due to misuse or mishandling

  • Incorrect address was provided by the customer

  • Delivery delay is caused by third-party courier services

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality


4. Refund Process

  1. Email help@bigetail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Description of issue

    • Supporting images/videos

  2. After verification and approval, the refund will be initiated.

  3. Refunds are credited within 5–11 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.


5. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and nature of the issue.


6. Important Notes

  • BigEtail reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.

  • We do not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences (especially for tea products).

  • All decisions regarding refunds and replacements will be final.
