1. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To request cancellation, please email us immediately at help@bigetail.com with your order details.

  • If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

B. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy (if applicable).

BigEtail reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).


3. Refund Process

  1. Email us at help@bigetail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photo/video proof

  2. After verification and approval, we will initiate the refund process.

  3. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–11 business days after approval.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has been used or opened

  • The return request is made after the specified time frame

  • The product is damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

  • Delay is caused by third-party courier services


5. Processing Fees

  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.


6. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
